If you have been with the biggest TELCO company in the US you have probably gone through some troubleshooting too but it's different with Rebtel since we do not have phone support so that is why we have to ask you series of questions and sometimes screenshots for our reference. I understand the purpose why my colleague has asked you to send a screenshot because we want to make sure that you're only using the WIFI option only because we can see from your account that you're using the Phone Lines all the way from Last year and we did not see any changes with your connection.

I understand you would prefer a fast call, however, due to troubleshooting we currently only offer support through chat or email, so we don't have a phone number you can dial to reach us and we're very sorry if you have to go through all this I know how frustrating this must be to you. I had to chancel and look for something else. No customer servie person to call, ONLY EMAIL!! WHAT?! Are we living in the 90’s? And when emailed customer service, was told to send photo? Really? Horrible experience! Going to tell anyone and everyone possible to STAY AWAY from you guys and save money and time. Used every which way possible, data, WiFi, phone line, called FROM different locations, different phones, called different numbers, same issue everywhere.
